How Can I Return a Product?
At AuroraLight we believe in your 100% Satisfaction or your money back. if you dont like it or if it has any damages please do not hesitate to contact support so we can get your refund process. If an item is broken or damaged you will need to provide proof. Please send a picture of the broken or damaged item to our support team. Once they have approved the damaged item we wiil issue you a full refund.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We have two Warehouse locations located in Shezhen China and Sydney Australia. Please allow 3-5 days processing time on all orders. Shipping to USA is 7-11 days Via USPS. For the rest of the world times may vary from 10-30 days Via Delivery country local post.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
We pride ourselves on your satisfaction so if you are not satisfied neither are we. As long as the item is damaged or broken and has been verified by our support team we will cover all return charges and get a new item sent out to you free of charge. However if you don't like your item and it does not have any damages or was not verified by support you will have to pay a small fee to ship it back to us.
How do I return an item?
We try to make Returning as easy a process as possible. Just package the item/s back up and take it to your local post office with our return address on it . Once we recieve tracking we will process your refund or new order based on your decision.
